Hi Calendula
Looking forward to your submission!

I have to say I am looking forward to seeing the finished result on this one. The theme fascinates me. I would have loved to contribute, but the ideas and real life just didn't cooperate at the time. I will certainly be looking forward to when it's released :)

Hi kltownsend
We've gotten some great submissions. We're about halfway through the first cut evaluation and we're impressed with the quality of writing on most of the ones we've read.

Maybe next time?

I will be looking forward to its release. I missed the deadline, but I'm curious to see what other authors came up with.

Hi Mehub
We're working on the stories. If you have one near completion, I'll be happy to accept it

Hi, this is Jeremy, I submitted a story to you before the deadline. I'm just wondering what the status of the project is.

Thanks.

Hi Jeremy
We're still in the middle of evaluation (actually, much closer to the end than the middle). For our project, we're dedicated to providing high quality feedback to all authors, whether their stories are accepted or not. We want people to become better writers (and submit better stories to future projects).

I guessing we'll be ready to start notifications within a week or so. Thanks for submitting and look for our emails soon

Okay, thanks, just checking.

status?
Hi there. I was wondering what the status is on responding to submissions. Should I worry that I haven't heard anything yet? Thanks!

Re: status?
I'm with you cinnabri. I've sent several emails over the past couple of months and received no reply. Beginning to think this market is dead in the water.

Re: status?
I withdrew my sub a couple of days ago, after having received no reply to the latest query. Can't wait forever...

Re: status?
I'm on the verge of doing that too. Such as shame as it sounded such a good idea for an anthology. Hope you place your story soon (if you haven't already). :)

Thank you, and likewise! :)

Re: status?
I last heard from this market on 6 Sept:

"Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Notifications haven't gone out yet. My partner took a new job and it delayed things. We're behind, but should have results in by next week. Sorry again for the delay."

Nothing since, despite a query.

Re: status?
Huh. Thanks for letting me know. I hope they answer you soon... or, failing that, you find a home for your story.
